1. Why can’t I unlock or purchase some of the Prospery Trees?
Some Propsery Trees will require you to Log on to your Farm from our Exclusive Platform at zyngagames.com using your verified email address and password.
If you are playing on zyngagames.com but have logged in using Facebook, you will need to log out of your account and make sure you log in using your Email ID and Password and not using Facebook.
2. I’m already logged on to zyngagames.com but cannot Unlock or Buy the Prospery Trees.
If you are already playing on zyngagames.com, you have likely auto-logged in using your Facebook credentials.
We recommend you follow these simple steps:
Step 1:
Click on your “Profile Icon” on the top right corner of your screen and select “Logout”.
Step 2:
You will be redirected back to the Login Page.
Step 3:
Now, you can directly enter your Email ID and your Password and click Login to enter your Farm.
We recommend you Check the Box that says “Keep me logged in” so that you don't need to re-enter your credentials every time you log in to your Farm.
3. I bought a Prospery Tree but cannot Harvest it after returning to my Farm.
You can Havest a Prospery Tree once every day.
After you purchase a Prospery Tree, the first Harvest is done automatically for you, and for the subsequent Harvests, you will need to log back in the following days.
Make sure to log on to zyngagames.com using your Email ID and Password in the subsequent days to keep Harvesting your Prospery Trees.
In case you are already playing on zyngagames.com and have auto-logged in using your Facebook credentials.

4. I always play using “Connect to Facebook” and don't have a verified Email ID or a Password for my Farm on zyngagames.com. How can I add these credentials and play the game?

5. I have an Email ID but I don’t remember the Password. How can I reset the Password?
In this case, simply follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Click on the “Forgot Password?” button below the Login Button.
Step2:
You will be asked to Enter your Email ID and continue.
Step 3:
You will receive a Password Reset Link in your Inbox for the Email ID you entered.
NOTE: Check the Spam Folder if you do not see the mail in your Inbox.
Step 4:
Click on the Reset Button in the mail you received.
Step 5:
You will redirected back to zyngagames.com and asked to Enter a New Password.
Step 6:
Enter your New Password, Re-Enter, and Continue.
NOTE: Your Password needs to be of at least 7 Characters.
Step 7:
Now you can simply Log in to your Farm using your Email ID and the New Password and access all the Prospery Trees.
