I. Why am I seeing this error “Email Verification Required” when I try to log in? How can I complete this process and continue playing?
If you are seeing the below pop-up on your screen when you try to log in, it means you need to verify your email with us.
This step needs to be completed due to various security reasons to keep your farm and data safe with us.
To complete the verification process please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Click on the Verify button.
This action will take you to the Add Email section of your ZyngaGames Account.
Step 2: Click on the Resend button.
This action will send a verification link to your email ID that is yet to be verified with us.
Step 3: You will be prompted to verify your email ID and a verification link will already be sent to your email ID.
Step 4: Go to your Email Inbox. You will see an email sent from Zyngagmames.com. Open the email to see the below verify option. Click on the Verify button.
NOTE: If you have opened and verified your email through your phone, then please Click the red Zynga Button on the top left to confirm verification.
Step 5: Once you click Verify in the previous step, you will be redirected back to the ZyngaGames Page and will see this pop-up “Email Verification Successful”. Click on the Okay button to continue.
Step 6: Click on Play Now! to start playing the game.
II. Why am I seeing this error “Email Update Required” when I try to log in? How can I complete this process and continue playing?
If you are seeing the below pop-up on your screen when you try to log in, it means you currently have multiple email IDs associated with your ZyngaGames Account and you need make sure you only have one email ID.
This is change is necessary due to various security reasons to keep your farm and data safe with us.
To complete the email update process please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Click on the Update button.
This action will take you to the Add Email section of your ZyngaGames Account.
Step 2: Here all your email IDs will be listed along with the one you are currently logged in with.
At this point, if you are not already logged in with your preferred email ID make sure you log out and log back in using your preferred email ID.
NOTE: Refer to Step 7 onwards to know how to Log Out and Log Back In.
You will NOT be able to Delete the email ID with which you are currently logged in.
Step 3: Click on Delete Button to delete the email ID you do not wish to keep.
Step 4: You will be prompted to confirm your action. Confirm your choice by clicking on the OK Button.
Step 5: Once you delete an email, a notification pop-up will appear saying “Email Deleted” at the bottom left corner of your screen as shown below.
Step 6:
The Add Email section of your account should display the current email ID with which you are logged in.
Step 7: Click on the Logout Option from your Account from the top right corner of the screen.
Step 8: Once you Logout you will be redirected back to the Zyngagames Login Page as shown below. Click on the “Login with Zynga Credentials” Button
Step 9: Login using your preferred email ID and start playing.
III. Why am I seeing this error “Create Your ZyngaGames Password” when I try to log in? How can I complete this process and continue playing?
If you are seeing the below pop-up on your screen when you try to log in, it means you need to update your email and password credentials with ZyngaGames in order to continue playing.
This change is necessary due to various security reasons to keep your farm and data safe with us.
To complete the email and password creation process please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Click on the Create button.
This action will take you to the Update your ZyngaGames Email and Password section of your ZyngaGames Account.
Step 2: Once you are on the Update your ZyngaGames Email and Password dialog, you will need to enter the following:
1. A valid email ID to which you have access to.
2. Create a valid password with at least 7 characters in it.
After entering the email and password details, click on Submit Button.
NOTE: If your email ID is already set up but you have not created a Password, the above step will only ask you to Update the Password.
Step 3:
You will be prompted to verify the email ID you entered in the previous step. A verification link will already be sent to your email ID.
Step 4: Go to your Email Inbox. You will see an email sent from Zyngagmames.com.
Open the email to see the below verify option. Click on the Verify Button.
NOTE: If you have opened and verified your email through your phone, then please Click the red Zynga Button on the top left to confirm verification.
Step 5: Once you click Verify in the previous step, you will be redirected back to the ZyngaGames Page and will see this pop-up “Email Verification Successful”. Click on Okay Button to continue and start playing.
Step 6: Click on Play Now! to start playing the game.
IV. How can I Logout from my Zyngagames Account and Log Back In?
Please follow the below-mentioned steps to log out from your Zyngagames Account.
Step 1: In order to log out from your Zyngagames Account, you simply need to click on the drop-down button present at the top right corner of your screen.
The button will show your Account Name on it.
Step 2: Clicking on the Dropdown Button will provide you with a list of actions you can perform.
Click on the Log Out button to log out from your account.
Step 3: Once you Logout you will be redirected back to the Zyngagames Login Page as shown below.
Click on the “Login with Zynga Credentials” Button
Step 4: Login using your preferred email ID and start playing.
V. I’m trying to log in to my farm through Zyngagames.com but it is asking me to verify my email. I don't have access to this email anymore. How to proceed further?
Playing on Zyngagames.com mandatorily requires all players to have access to a valid email address.
If you don't have access to your old Email which you’ve been using to play FarmVille2 and now the game is asking you to verify your Email, the following are the steps we recommend you to follow.
- Contact the support team
- Provide your current player ZID
- Provide an alternate or a New Email Address to the support team.
- The support team will transfer your Farm Progress to your new accessible Email ID.
- Once the above is done, you can access your Farm using your new email address.
