Rusty was cleaning the attic when he found the toy wind-up cars that he used to play with years ago. He became nostalgic as he remembered all the fun he had racing these cars. To help him relive these memories, Percy has built a small race track by the river. Rusty’s now challenging you and all the other farmers to a Wind-up Car Race! Go ahead and beat all the racers to the finish line to win an adorable Baby Yellow Highland Cow and other amazing prizes!
If you are level 15 or higher, the “Wind-up Racing!” popup will appear. Click on the “Let’s Race!” button to begin the feature.
The Racing Station is automatically placed outside your farm and it looks like this:
The Wind-up Racing competition is made up of 15 challenges. The nodes in the map will mark the challenges that you have completed.
Before the race begins, you will be needing a challenger. This challenger will be randomly chosen for you when you click on the Find a Challenger! button.
After a challenger has been selected, you will race with your blue Wind-up Toy Car against your opponent with the red Wind-up Toy Car.
The race will last for three days. To win, race your blue car ahead of the opponent’s red car by the time the race ends.
To move along the race, you need to earn Race Points. You can get these points by completing the tasks shown in the menu. Get more Race Points to get ahead of your competition.
Keep completing tasks to get as many points as you can before the race ends.
On winning a race, you’ll earn Prize Tokens. Redeem them for exciting rewards at the Prize Store!
Click on the Redeem Rewards! button to open the Prize Store. Each of the rewards will show the number of Prize Tokens you will need to redeem the item. Earn enough Prize Tokens to collect them all!
At the start of each race, you and your challenger will automatically be given a 2x Race Points boost. This boost will last for only 4 hours, so make sure to use it within this period to gain a lead over your opponent!
Keep track of how many Prize Tokens you have earned by checking the counter in the lower-right corner of the menu. You want to earn as many Race Points as you can, because you'll get bonus Price Tokens, for every 8 Race Points that you lead by!
To gain an edge over your challenger, you can activate timed boosts for unlimited Water or a value pack of Baby Bottles.
Click on the Get Boosts! button to activate the boosts. Make a game plan so you can use these boosts wisely as they can be used only once per round.
If you want to up the competitive mood, click on the Send button to taunt your challenger. You can send a taunt every 4 hours.
As you continue earning Race Points across races, you will unlock rewards at specific milestones. A yellow bar will mark your overall progress.
100 Race Points = Winner’s Podium
250 Race Points = Pack of 20 Speed-Grow, Super Feed and Fertilizer
450 Race Points = Amber Shovel
700 Race Points = 3 Use Speed-Grow Machine
1000 Race Points = Baby Yellow Highland Cow
