Marie is reminiscing about the holidays that have gone past. She has noticed how we all want the season to be perfect but she knows the path to perfection isn’t always smooth sailing. Oh, there are so many stories that Marie can tell you about their merry, fortunate adventures during the holidays! You can hear all about these stories by designing the quintessential Holiday Village. As each story is told, you will also be able to contribute gifts to the Orphanage in a brand new community event and win amazing rewards!
If you are level 15 or higher, the “Come on over to Holiday Village...” popup will appear. Click on the “Let’s go!” button to begin the feature.
Another popup will appear to give you a run-through of the feature. Click the Tell Me More! button.
The next popup will show you the rewards you can receive in the village. Proceed with the feature by clicking on the Wonderful! button.
You’ll be given the option to get early access to the feature. Click on the “Start Now!” button to get an extra week head start and other benefits! You can also choose to begin later when the feature is released to everyone.
Once you have availed of the early access, you will now have access to all the stories from the Design Book, next to the Christmas Tree, which is located near the flagpole.
Marie will then begin to narrate the stories she recalls of the holidays. For each story, you will be able to correspondingly design the Holiday Village.
There are 12 Areas you need to finish designing by Christmas Day to have the Holiday Village open for two whole weeks.
When you have finished designing the areas, you can harvest the Holiday Village for resources to use on your own farm.
Want to get more resources for your farm? Then you need to collect more Keys so Marie can upgrade all the resource buildings in Holiday Village.
You can get Keys by finishing Areas. To get more Keys, finish designing each Area before time runs out!
To progress through the Areas, you need to complete tasks. These tasks can be completed faster by using boosts.
Additionally, you can contribute gifts to the orphanage by joining the Community Campaign.
You can contribute Holiday Stockings by completing tasks.
Keep contributing gifts and win rewards when you reach specific milestones. Click on the More button to learn how to claim your rewards!
Each contribution you make will add to your milestone progress. Once you’ve reached a milestone, simply click on the Claim button to get your reward.
There are also new rewards you can win by participating in the Daily Challenge.
To be able to take part in the Community Campaign, you need to finish the first two areas.
