The banks of the Appaloosa river offer a stunning view of FarmVille, but it’s a pity that there aren’t enough comfortable seats there that we can use to enjoy it! Spring is the best time to relax by the river, so Barbara has come up with a plan to improve the seating area - she wants to build shaded Dream Boats on all the riverside farms! You can build your boat in the Design Workshop to help out Barbara. In return, you’ll get a baby Copper Satin Rabbit!
If you are level 15 or higher, “The Stuff Of Dreams!” popup will appear. Click on the “Place Design Workshop” button to begin this feature.
Build the Workshop by first collecting all the materials you need.
Next, ask your friends for help or hire builders.
The finished Workshop will look like this:
In the Workshop, you’ll be given the blueprint for the Dream Boat. There are Customization Parts that you need to unlock so you can use them to design it yourself. Take note that you must first unlock the Boat Seater before the next part will unlock.
To unlock the parts you’ll need to collect Design Points.
You can earn Design Points by completing the tasks on the left side of the workshop.
To perform the tasks, you first need to unlock them by raising or getting adult Hedgehogs.
The Hedgehogs that you get will also provide the Painted Planks that you need for the tasks.
To get the Planks, simply feed the Hedgehogs that you have on your farm.
Once the shelves are unlocked, you can begin completing tasks. Note that each task gives out a different number of Design Points.
You can also get Design Points by clicking the Post button so your friends can send you some.
After unlocking the first part, you can toggle between your options for the Boat Seater.
Keep track of how many Design Points you have collected by checking the counter at the lower left corner of the Workshop.
You start getting rewards when you reach specific milestones in the Design Workshop. You’ll also unlock other parts of your Dream Boat.
6 Design Points = unlocks the Boat Seater
25 Design Points = White Stinkwood Tree
55 Design Points = unlocks the Cushions
100 Design Points = Resource Pack
180 Design Points = unlocks the Decorative Net, baby Copper Satin Rabbit and 10 Favors
Note: When you reach a milestone that unlocks a part of the Dream Boat, you’re unlocking the customization choices for that part and not the physical part itself. You’ll get to keep the whole Dream Boat once you finish the feature after unlocking all the parts.
