FarmVille 2 Thanksgiving Recipe Contest T&C

Howdy Farmers,

The FarmVille 2 Community Team is conducting a Thanksgiving Recipe Contest for the occasion of Thanksgiving, 2018, from the 15th to the 22^nd of November, 2018.

 

How to Participate

1. Participants will have to be FarmVille 2 Players to participate in this contest.

2. To participate you will have to share with us your favorite Thanksgiving recipe on our FarmVille 2 community pages/handles. (Facebbok, Twitter, Instagram)

3. You can share your recipe in the form of an image, video, or simply write it in the comments section across all FarmVille 2 community platforms.
4. The winner’s recipe will be shared as a post on FarmVille 2 Community pages/handles.
5. Winners will be selected on the basis of originality and creativity.
6. All rewards will be given in-game and within 14 days from receiving the winners’ game IDs.
7. The decision made by FarmVille 2 management will be final and binding for this Contest.

Terms & Conditions

• The contest is open across globally. All contestants should be 18 years of age or above.
• By participating in this contest, the participant fully and unconditionally agrees to, and accepts, these Terms and Conditions as well as the decisions of Empires and Allies, Zynga INC. which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this campaign.
• The winners of the prizes shall be selected by the FarmVille 2 team at the end of the Contest Period.
• The prizes shall take up to 10 to 14 days to be credited to the player’s account after receiving the player ZID. The prize is not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted.
• The decision of the FarmVille 2 team regarding the winners of the contest shall be final and binding on all participants.
• FarmVille 2, Zynga INC. retains the sole authority and discretion of determining the quantity of the prizes being given during the duration of the contest period.
• FarmVille 2, Zynga INC. retains the right to contact the participants any time after the end of the contest period.
• FarmVille 2, Zynga INC. on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter shall not be responsible if for some reason the participant is unable to connect to the said web page or post their entries for any reason whatsoever.
• The personal information shared with FarmVille 2, Zynga INC, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the participant.
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in associated with, Facebook/Instagram/Twitter.
• No employees of FarmVille 2, Zynga INC or the company’s associates or stakeholders like distributors, retailers, vendor partners, agency partners, franchisees, consultants are eligible to participate in the contest.
• The studio reserves the sole right to withdraw the contest at any stage without any explanation to that effect.

PRIVACY AND USE OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

• By entering, except where prohibited by law, you are granting Zynga permission to announce your name, city, state, biographical material and entry content in any media in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes.
• This Promotion, the use of any Zynga website, forum or game and Zynga’s use of any User Generated Content (UGC) is also governed by the Zynga Terms of Service, which may be located here.
• Zynga reserves the right to publish your first name and last initial.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Zynga reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select winners from among all otherwise eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Persons found tampering with, attempting to “game” the Promotion, tampering with the Promotion in any way whatsoever to gain an unfair advantage, violating fair play or the spirit of the rules, or abusing any aspect of this Promotion will be disqualified. Zynga reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors, including without limitation computer errors that erroneously award prizes.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Promotion, you agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Zynga Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiary companies, including without limitation Facebook Inc., Zynga’s administrators, advertising and promotional agencies, attorneys, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the Promotion and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. Zynga and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. Zynga and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from access to or the download of information or materials connected with the Promotion.

DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or rights and obligations of entrants and Zynga in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California.
