If you are level 15 or higher, you will see the "You've Got a Ticket to Ride!" pop-up. Click on the "Place Riding School" button to begin the feature.
You need to complete two steps to build the Riding School. First, gather materials:
Second, invite neighbors to be your builders:
See how awesome your Riding School looks when it's finished:
Click on the building to start collecting Riding Badges:
There are quests that you need to complete so you can get Riding Badges. After you finished one quest, another quest will take its place.
You can also ask Friends to send you Riding Badges:

When you have collected all the Riding Badges within three weeks, you get this reward:
