Come On Down To Camp Appaloosa!

 

Walter and the Camp Appaloosa Sprout campers need your help! They're short on some pretty critical supplies and have come to the most resourceful farmer they know: YOU!

Build a Camp Appaloosa Tent to craft items for the Sprout campers and get excited, because they intend to reward you handsomly for your efforts. These campers might be a little disorganized, but their troupe's got deep pockets and as a result the Camp Appaloosa quests pay off in big ways.

You'll need Merit Badges to collect rewards from the Sprout campers. You'll trade your Badges in for Water during the first week of the quests' availibility. After that, the prizes only get better! Most of your badges will come from crafting items in the Camp Appaloosa Tent, but even your Farmhands want to help out, so when you use a Farmhand they'll have a chance to drop a Merit Badge! 

Once you've started to collect enough Merit Badges, you'll receive all kinds of fantastic rewards. Free Water is only the beginning.

Find Quality Neighbors Today!

 

Every farmer could use a helping hand from time to time! Whether they give you some extra water or another plow, a great Neighbor can make all the difference when you're having a tough day on the farm. 

On Fridays, we create a blog post that is designed to help you find FarmVille 2 Neighbors. Just leave a comment below to let other players know you are looking for Neighbors!

Before you comment, please take a moment to read some quick guidelines:

Commenting Rules:

• Any comment in violation of the Terms of Service will be removed. A link to the Terms of Service can be found HERE.

• When posting, please be sure to include your profile link, or people won't be able to add you! (Copy/paste your Facebook URL.)

• Let others know what kind of farmer you are, and what kind of Neighbors you are looking for. Everyone plays FarmVille 2 differently, so this information can be important! 

• Please refrain from spamming the blog post with tons of "Add Me" requests. This makes it harder for people to find Neighbors and we may have to remove your comments!

Community Neighbors:

In addition to our weekly "Finding Neighbors: Add Me" event, we also offer the Community Neighbors feature! The Community Neighbors feature allows you to add Neighbors to your farm who are not your Facebook friends. That way, even if your Facebook friends don’t play FarmVille 2, you can still get in on the fun! Visit the guide for all of the details: Community Neighbors.

FarmVille 2: Country Escape Air Show Event Guide

The annual Air Show event is here! Find rare goods, craft brand new recipes and earn awesome rewards.

If you are at least level 9, you will see a pop-up inviting you to the Air Show Event! You will probably have to force quit the game to see the update, which means to clear it from your mobile device's memory.  

 

You will have 24 days to complete the Air Show quests, and win Copper, Silver, & Gold Stamps and Padlocks along the way!  If you aren't familiar with Stamps yet, they are needed to purchase the Prized Animals. They unlock at level 16 along with the Prized Animals. 

If you played the Summer Event this will be similar with 4 phases giving out different rewards each phase. Along the way you will earn Stamps, Keys and Padlocks!

 

Start off the quests by visiting the Air Show Event Headquarters located behind Eagle Eye Eddie's airplane. The Event HQ will guide you through the items needed in each phase, the rewards and tips. 

You can also access the progress from the lower progress bar. Easily track how much time is left when the event starts, and what your next reward will be. Once you complete a section of the progress bar, tap it to earn extra coins!

 

Each phase will have 4 quests each to guide you through what you'll need to complete it. Tap on the Quest Manager on the lower left of your game to find quests. 

 New items needed and where to locate them:

• Coffee Beans: Explore areas such as Grandma's Glad, Pappy's Pond, Merryweather Mine etc
• McIntosh Apples: Harvest Apple Trees
• Truffles: Explore areas such as Grandma's Glade, Pappy's Pond, Merryweather Mine etc
• Oats: Harvest Wheat Crops
• Crawdads: Fish at Pappy's Pond or the Pier
• Horseradish: Harvest Carrot Crops
• Brass: Explore areas such as Grandma's Glad, Pappy's Pond, Merryweather Mine etc
• Feathers: Tend Chickens

**Tend Prized Animals for extra places to find Coffee Beans, Crawdads, Truffles and Brass

My Family Farm Is Better Than Ever!

 

The addition of My Family Farm is a complex change that affects many aspects of the game. Hi Farmers,

The FarmVille 2 team has enhanced the behavior of your companion characters (aka: sweethearts)!

After My Family Farm launched on 7/3, we released a survey asking for the community's feedback. Thousands of you made it clear that the sweetheart was frustrating you instead of helping you, so we've made changes to fix that. Sweethearts should now be much more helpful, and much less in-the-way.

Thank you all for letting us know how we can make FarmVille 2 an even better game!
